Shipping Information

Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment) – $12.95 flat rate
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment) – Free for orders over $50

We ship globally, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas. International customers may be responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Dream Home Shop furniture. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process within 15 days of receiving your items.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Beds and mattresses (unless defective)
  • Bunk Beds & Loft Beds (unless defective)
  • Custom or special order items
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original condition – unused, unassembled, with all packaging and tags

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
