We accept returns and exchanges for most furniture items including:
- Bakers’ Racks & Pantry Cabinets
- Bar Carts & Bar Furniture
- Bar Stools & Counter Stools
- Bedroom Benches & Furniture
- Bookshelves & Bookcases
- Chairs & Dining Sets
- Console Tables & Desks
- End & Side Tables
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Beds and mattresses (unless defective)
- Bunk Beds & Loft Beds (unless defective)
- Custom or special order items
- Items marked “Final Sale”
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in its original condition – unused, unassembled, and with all original packaging and tags
- Item must include all original parts and accessories
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your return/exchange request
- Include the following information in your email (or use our template below)
- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package your item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back using the carrier we specify (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility)

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping service
- Insuring your return package
- Keeping your shipping receipt until your refund is processed
Note: For international returns (outside the U.S.), customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with the return shipment.
